Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically Rp 10,000. Maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per time period. Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in account closure and fund forfeiture.

Withdrawals are permitted only after successful KYC verification. You may withdraw funds to Indonesian bank accounts registered in your name matching your verified identity. Minimum withdrawal amount is typically Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per time period based on account status and verification level.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours during business days. Processing may be delayed during Indonesian public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and Independence Day) or weekends when Indonesian banking systems have reduced operations. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called playthrough or turnover requirements) before withdrawal. Wagering requirements specify the multiple of bonus (or bonus plus deposit) that must be wagered before conversion to withdrawable cash. duta14 reserves the right to refuse or limit bets at our discretion. Bets are not considered accepted until confirmed on the platform. We reserve the right to void bets placed after an event has started, bets placed on obviously incorrect odds, or bets placed by users suspected of possessing insider information.
Sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sporting authority. Settlement typically occurs within minutes of event conclusion. Disputed results are settled according to official decisions, not media reports or unofficial sources. duta14's settlement decisions are final.
If an event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets remain valid. If an event is abandoned or postponed beyond 48 hours, bets are typically voided and stakes returned, except where the bet outcome has already been determined before postponement.
Live betting (in-play betting) is subject to rapid odds changes reflecting real-time match developments. Bet acceptance may be delayed during critical moments. Bets placed after the relevant incident (goal, point, penalty, etc.) may be voided. Cash-out options may be suspended or unavailable for certain markets or during specific match periods.
